Aly Cissokho has signed a five-year contract with Lyon after the French side agreed a €15 million fee with Porto.
As reported earlier, the Dragons will be entitled to 20 per cent of a future sale of Cissokho by Lyon.
According to Lyon's official website, Cissokho has passed a medical with the club and will train for the first time with his new club on Monday morning, before being presented to the media together with Michel Bastos.
Cissokho, 21, joined Porto from Vitoria de Setubal in January and rose to prominance in the Champions League quarter-finals with two eye-catching performances against Manchester United.
